I started quilting as a way to express myself creatively.

I've always been creative but, between work and raising my children, I had very little time to explore any creative outlets. Once my kids became adults, I realized that I finally had time to devote to myself and my hobbies.

Choosing quilting as a hobby seemed natural. My mother was a seamstress and my grandmother created beautiful quilts as well. My connections to them inspired me to take my first quilting class. I was instantly hooked and the rest, as they say, is history.

What began as a simply hobby has turned into one of my greatest passions. Most quilters have fabric stashes. My stash just happened to get so big that it has become a business!

I believe that quilts are works of art, and I absolutely  love the colors in fabric. For me, browsing through fabric collections is like walking through a beautiful garden filled with gorgeous flowers in bloom. Who doesn't love walking through a garden and enjoying the flowers?

I want customers looking through my shop to enjoy the art and (hopefully) be inspired to create their own gardens!
